I think that knife is his cheap steel...no matter. Busse INFI steel though is all about what the knife will do to other STEEL and survive...not wood processing and paper cutting.

That sr101 is no shit for real tough as hell.. it.. yes, more eonomical than infi.. but tougher than all my 1095 blades by a considerable margin..

That’s SR101. No knife is meant to chop hunks of wood like that, that’s why we have axes.

Get Zapt's comment is one of the most ill informed things I've ever read about busse knives. The knives are for use against wood, and this knife is in fact a chopping knife. Also I don't know where you got that from, but infi is not intended to be used against steel. This knife would do alot better against a 2x4, or sapling/small trees. It would cut through those fairly quickly, in some cases faster than an axe or hatchet, but it just depends.
