I liquid nailed or poly glued my plates from the inside... then I was able to Bondo the outside flush. Nice finished look on the outside. All the outside screw holes got screws dipped in glue, screwed in, and after drying ground off flush with the outside. Nice finished repair...and easy..

I saw the part where you were debating the impact gun...I will probably have people tell me I am wrong but I use a screw gun for screws and an impact gun for nuts and bolts. You and your wife are doing a great job cant wait to see the finished project and how much you will enjoy it.

Good idea not sealing off those antenna holes. You might want to put some up there someday.

What's the name of the theme song at the very beginning of the video? Super catchy! :)

What is aluminum and what is steel in those buses ? I'm looking at a highway coach, but the more of see of these pusher schoolies the more I am tempted. Did you do a video on why you chose the bus you did ?

I think when I do this that I will install Non-Metallic Electrical Conduit Types ENT & LNFC Conduit (when I was an Electrician we used to call it Smurf Tube because it is blue) from a junction box on one side of the bus to a junction box on the other side of the bus and back to the panel. I would leave a pull string in there in case I wanted to ad a circuit later.

was it difficult to decipher all the non essential wires on on the bus to knock down the number of switches you needed. if so was it time consuming i am looking forward to making my own console with my space ship switches. And i wont to eliminate as many of them as possible without ruining anything on the bus?

can you explain more what the ground wires are being added for? I'm a newb when it comes to electrical, so wanted to understand it better. Thanks, I'm enjoying the videos and getting ideas for a shuttle bus camper we are planning.

The main reason is that the panels I will be using are going to be wood and I need to tap into the chassis ground.

The Ginger Bus Adventures It is definitely set back I there a ways but it is accessible. I talked with the guy who fills propane in my area and he said it shouldn't be a problem.
