15:30 Visited a popular cavern in VA once and the guide explained the difference between stalagmites and stalactites. A stalag-MITE is on the floor/ground growing up to where it “might” reach the ceiling one day. And a stalac-TITE is attached to the ceiling and has to hang on “tight” so it doesn’t fall. Just a weird little play on words but I still haven’t forgotten it almost 15 yrs later.

I’ve played that course so many times, and can beyond relate when Busta said…if you miss your spot you’ve got 40ft left. Never seen the bunkers in bad shape, so not sure there, but it’s definitely one of the best and hardest public I’ve ever played. Great video boys👍🏻

Stalagmites grow from the ground up, and Stalactites grow from the top down. The way to remember it is Stalactites hold tight to the ceiling, and Stalgmites might reach the ceiling. So much fun watching you both play. I hope to be that good one day.

They asked me if front or back 9 was prettier and which is harder and I said back. So that’s most likely why they only posted back nine for mystic.

@@taylorfortune23 Front 9 at Mystic is harder in my opinion, Holes 3 and 4 are beautiful but play super harder with the water in play in both. Not to mention that the par 3 is 240. Would've like to see how they played those two.

HSV has some really nice courses with some beautiful scenic holes. And the Ridges at Village Creek is really out there if you want to see a lot of wildlife when you play that 27 hole setup.
