Plus 2 out of 3 of them are fugly so boybands are supposed to be good looking, but hey Charlie Simpson is the only good looking and his voice isn't the Boyband type. He has a Rockstar voice

Scsigs they were basically a boy band at one point but they ended up becoming more of a pop pock/pop punk band as time went on. Originally they put out a single song to promote themselves(what i go to school for) and it basically had a backstreet boys/nsync vibe to it. I think they decided to shift the sound because of the popularity of mainstream pop punk at the time

Except a Boyband never has the members play their own instruments, or write a majority of their songs, or even be as cheeky as these guys were. I know their first album felt exactly like a Boyband album, because that was the sound for groups similar to them at the time, but they weren't one. Eventually, they moved to a more Pop Punk sound, which I think would've benefited them if the group went on longer than 2005 as they honed their sound more, but with Charlie Simpson leaving, they decided to disband for a while. I mean, I don't even get why, as Charlie just went & made Post Hardcore & Folk music, then returned to them & now they're making ok Synth Pop, but whatever. Point is, they weren't for all intents & purposes a boyband, they just sounded like one at first.

Scsigs well yea that's what i'm saying. And if anything charlie left because i feel like he felt that he had to prove himself as a musician. Busted got alot of shit for their music and for not playing their instruments at shows(this video is an example of how they were totally capacble of performing live) during their original run. I feel like he started fightstar just to show everyone that he wasn't just some kid making pop music. And if anything he proved everyone wrong and became a respected musician. Thats why he's able to now come back to busted he's got nothing to prove. And yea wasn't a big fan of the new album myself but sadly these guys are now in their mid 30s i doubt were guna get anymore pop rock/pop punk stuff out of them

This is such an awesom version! This is not mimed this is pure live...and sounds it many people are used to miming an an awesome sound this is amazingly good for live...better than Guns and roses though they were all mashed out of there heads on drugs, and sounded awful live this has the live edge but is quite good still brill!
