It's not the problem of India, it's the problem with people there, i live in Mangalore where both the rider and pillion have to wear the helmet and in this video nobody wears and there are many going triple riding also. It's Bengal police failure to implement the law and they are harassing people with full safety gear

In Delhi once a policeman stopped my bike and immediately went close to my speedometer to pull out the bike key... He was caught by surprise that my bike doesn't have any key hole... I was riding Revolt RV 400 which works on keyfob. That policeman was shocked like he's seen 👻.. Damn, I enjoyed his facial expression a lot..😆
