At 16:27, you're using a 60A fuse. Seems like the power line should run straight back to the battery. I'm not sure the cables on those batt/gnd/acc stems is heavy enough to pull that kind of current reliably.

Been running it for a year on two machines with zero issues.

What kind of driving on those machines. Desert? Woods trails? Or heavy rock-crawling? Just curious, because the big current pull would only come in real rock crawling, as that's where the stock one shuts down all the time

All of the Above. I raced king of the hammers with one. Never had an issue with this system. It will not shut off like the factory system and is strong enough to hit an obstacle and not jerk the wheel out of your hands.

Curious to know, if the Saturn esp is 700 watts how does the stock electrical handle it at 475 watts at 1200 rpm and 630 watts peak? Isn't it a negative draw on the system and more if you add a bunch of lights? How does it not burn up the charging system?

I just put my 2015 Polaris rzr xc. On its side waaent going to fast got to replace my fenders.. but more importantly my tie rod bent on the driver side of off .. my question is after I replaced that tie rod do I have to get a wheel alignment on it?

You should be able to align the wheel yourself using the tierod.

If its a aftermarket tierod end. Be sure to measure center of the tie rod to the end on the new and old tierods and tierod ends. This way you can adjust for the length difference if there is any.

On my sportsman 1000xp powersteering box main power plug the orange wire blade connector looks like it got hot and burnt the connector inside the wiring harness side of the plug. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Why is it doin this.

This is an everything you need kit. I’m sure you can piece something together yourself from the junkyard cheaper but it won’t be this easy

yeah you can fix that, doesn't bother me and it eventually got an aftermarket steering wheel.
