English is not my first language and I really didn't understand it that well when I was playing this as a kid, but I very much still enjoyed playing this game! This was by far one of the longest and most complex games I've played on the GBA, I could only imagine how many thousands of man hours it took to get this game together, from the different sections of the town, to the dialog, and storyline. Thanks so much for this game! it was a significant part of my childhood. I also enjoyed playing the sims 2 on the PSP just as much, if you guys got to work on that as well!

Fun Fact: This game has a sequel..! It's called The Urbz: Sims in the City! It has ports on both the original GBA and a DS version with bonus content when you have both the original game and it's DS sequel inserted!

As a kid, my favorite part of this game (and all Sims games) was the pets you could buy. I remember having an iguana that would walk around my house lol
@danielleanderson6371
@danielleanderson6371 2 жыл бұрын
That really is the safest way to own an iguana. Nobody talks about how those things are temperamental murder machines in real life. Seriously if you ever want a lizard an iguana is the worst possible option that you can still reasonably obtain. Go get a bearded dragon or a skink or something. Hell, if you want a massive predator to be your roommate, get a ball python.

This game is forever linked to high school memories for me. My friend and I would sit on the bus playing this every day back and forth from school. Sharing hidden shops and items, good times. Even if it's not the best, I still go back to run through it from time to time. Awesome to discover two great videos talking about it.
