I'm busting ANOTHER 20 Super Mario myths and rumors in today's video. Where going to answer questions like how you can walk on air, the Wario apparition and look at cancelled Super Mario Games for the Nintendo Switch console. Also apparently Dorrie can eat you in Super Mario 64. Laser Suit, Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door on 3Ds.
In this video, I'll take a look at a complete history of Mario rumors. btw, that mirror room in Mario 64? It's actually an elaborate trick I believe. You aren't actually seeing a reflection I don't think. I think you're just seeing another Mario on the other side of the mirror, to respond to your inputs, creating an illusion of a reflection. Some really old games that had reflection-like effects would use that illusionary effect method to simulate a reflection-like effect, as at the time of some very old games, technology hadn't yet advanced enough for real reflection effects to work. I could potentially be wrong about that for Mario 64, but I do know games in the very long gone retro games eras, would use this trick to simulate a reflection in 3D games when technology couldn't perform it yet in gaming.
