I am from Mauritius Island (Indian Ocean) and in my country there's a "myth" that says that if you eat raw grains of rice, you run risks of getting an appendicitis. Can you address the question of whether this is a myth or real?

I agree, that would be interesting! I gained a lot of weight due to an underactive thyroid, which went undiagnosed for over a year (I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s). Now my levels are tested regularly, I’m on levothyroxine, but whilst I’m not gaining weight, I’m not losing weight either. I eat once a day (low appetite), I don’t eat unhealthy food often. I’m a wheelchair user though so exercise is hard. Advice is always greatly appreciated.

I love videos like these. Vaccine hesitant people need to watch them. I'm in phase 1a in my state to get the vaccine and as soon as I'm able to, I'll absolutely get the vaccine.

I don't take ANY advice from a doctor that isn't qualified in the SPECIFIC field that he's running his mouth off at..... Prove to me that that's wrong. In a court if law
