35. Norfolk Southern 39G with SEPTA 90 | Bridgeport, PA

A new locomotive (SPAX 90) was procured for SEPTA, but before testing and qualifications, NS towed it to Pavonia in Camden, then to Abrams Yard. I caught it at Mill Street Crossing, and the engineer LAID on the horn! Then it was 20 minutes of slow crawling before it came to a stop. Filmed Friday, May 31, 2024.
