Recently I had been to that complex. They cleaned their surface with water and allowed that on to the stairs. It was worst thing to do as one person skidded and fallen down on the stairs.

One suggestion... when you send the food for catering you are using plastic containers for hot food which is not good for health and also for the earth. Is there anyway you can use steel containers? Go green save the earth and save the health's too. Thank you
