3:17 The inner part of the melons can be used to make a delicious fresh beverage, place it in the blender with some water then blend it and strain it. Try it without sugar to appreciate the flavors (nutty, sweet, aromatic..). If "Taco" were living in Mexico, she would have been called "Tostada" instead :)

@@thatpersonyoudidntknowexis149 It is the seeds that gives the flavor and nutrients as well. The whole inner thing (seeds and pulp) is blended in some water (not too much) and then strain it, it tastes just delicious.
