Suggestion for your consultations schedules: if you limit your available slots to some hours in each day (on Mondays, only morning, on Wednesdays just afternoons) maybe you can get them more together and less spaced out! I am not sure if that would then work with your other spontaneous appointments and projects, but it's an idea :)
