If you put a dry clean paper towel in your open spinach bag, it also helps the spinach keep longer! The paper towel absorbs the moisture that wilts the spinach.

A tip for making the spinach (or any other greens) last longer is putting a paper towel in the package!! It absorbs some of the moisture that makes them go bad and soggy!!! I do this every time and if you switch out the paper towel, then all the better!

Tip: The San Marzano tomatoes/ Plum tomatoes in a tin from TJ's are SUPER good for tomato sauces. Just throw them into a pot with garlic, onions, water, tomato paste, a few carrots to cut the acidity... and wait until the tomatoes "pop" -- about 40 minutes. SUCH a good homemade sauce. :)

A tip to soften the Avocados: put them inside the rice bag/box and take them out in a day or two. They will be perfectly Soften. Sometimes you do have to keep it for 3 days but just keep checking after day 2.
