I think your videos are so helpful! As a veteran teacher (27 yrs.) I enjoy watching these. I love seeing/hearing/learning about all the things you are doing and I have learned so much from you about technology and have even used lots of your ideas! This is a tough time for teachers and students right now! You are doing an amazing job!!!

You totally made me feel better about the technical challenges of sharing videos today. Some days things work and some days, there is chaos. The kids are great about getting through things, asking for help, and making suggestions. I have just learned to roll with things. Thank you for this.

Your feels from Tuesday (and.... well.. every day) are super relatable. I am exhausted. Planning takes sooo much longer than it did for in-person learning. When I feel like I finally get "caught-up" on everything, more gets added to my list. And, of course, THE TECH ISSUES. My district just made the decision to go online until January, and I know this is going to take lot of work, but I also know it will get better. I love your videos! They remind me that I'm not alone in this.

Yes Ma'am Your videos are extremely helpful. I am not very tech savvy so seeing your videos with your tips and tricks help an awful lot!! Your wonderful attitude makes it all better. When you just talk and reveal your own anxieties and doubts about our new virtual normal makes me feel as if it is not just me who feels this way. Thank you!!! Get some rest!!

You have inspired me to become a teacher in the future, because you have proved that teachers touch hearts and they educate with love and patience. I really hope that I could meet you one day... It would be a dream come true! I appreciate you as a teacher and everything you do to make a positive impact on your community!

Definitely helpful! I love your ideas and it really helps to know that others are struggling to make all of this work. I am teaching pre-algebra to middler-schoolers in a synchronous setting. I teach from my classroom, with students in the room with me and students joining in from home at the same time. We're a Microsoft school district, but I have been able to use a lot of your ideas. Finding your videos actually reminded me of all of the fun organizational things I used to do before I allowed others to make me feel like I was being too "extra." I have a kindred spirit over there in MD, so I have dusted off all of my old faves and incorporated some new ones, thanks to you. As a result, my district has asked me to be a presenter at our local teacher conference celebrating teachers! Keep keeping it real. I love that you don't sugar coat everything and try to act like everything you do is perfect. Everything you do is awesome, by the way, even when it doesn't quite work and you end up tweaking it. That's life and part of growing as a teacher. I love that we all get to share that with each other here. :)

I can't tell you enough how much I look forward to Sundays! As a student (11th grade) that is absolutely OBSESSED with organization, your channel has helped me so much with ideas on creating google forms and slides, learning to be more organized, and just enjoying your content. I watched your video on the teacher planner you and Bridget had made (using the google slides method) and was wondering (since I don't need it as I'm not a teacher) you could share the dimensions of it. I loved the video and I can't wait to see where you and Billy will be going for your honeymoon!

4:24 or if the MacBook and the iMac are under the same account like your phone,iPad etc you can copy links from the MacBook and it will simply paste with Universal Clipboard right to the iMac so that is one of the benefits of the Apple ecosystem and it also works with your phone or your iPad so this is something you want to fully take advantage up to save time so I thought this comment would be helpful for anyone who owns Apple products like Michelle or myself

Hello! This is my first time leaving a comment here, but I have loved your channel, and seen almost every episode!! I'm a high school English teacher in Japan, and have been following you since the virtual teaching started here in Japan as well. Although I've been teaching face-to-face now, I still am inspired by all your posts, and love to see your everyday classes because, well, you cheer me up everytime. Times when you aren't feeling so well, and times when you have everything together. It just makes me feel that I'm not alone in this teacher world. You are my mentor ( I actually told my students about how you've helped me) and feels like you are a colleague now. I'm always rooting for you from the other side off the earth, and please know that you have, and are, saving my life. Truly!! Even for highschool kids, your ideas and methods are working! I'm looking forward to any updates you have. Don't want to pressure you with anything, but just wanted to say that I am so greatful to have you in my life. Thank you so much for everything you've done and will do in the future.

You’re so lucky you get to go on vacation whenever you want! Western PA schools are VERY strict with that. We get 10 sick days and 3 personal days. Only 2 personal days can be back-to-back and every one of them needs approval. If you use a sick day when you aren’t sick you will be punished or even fired! Is is like that everywhere? Granted- we do get the longest summer out of almost every other state 🤷🏼‍♀️

I enjoy these videos. I teach high school so a lot of it doesn't apply. However, for some reason these videos motivate me to keep working and get stuff done.

So helpful!!! Very relevant to what we are experiencing now. I've followed you for awhile now and have always wanted to implement so many of your activities on the computer, now we have to and i must have soaked in a lot of that info, because I just started right up with little to no problems. It is however mega exhausting but that's virtual teaching I guess🤷🏾‍♀️😊

Michelle! I love Nearpod. I noticed you said you put the lesson slides in GC as well for them to access later. Not sure if you know but Nearpod has a student-paced option so that they can progress through the lesson on their own. I just link it in GC as material.
