Hey Angie! I started taking Celtic salt daily and my migraines are much better and not as severe. I was getting them like twice a week now it more like twice a month now. Don’t take my word for it do your own research. I’d post a link by KZbin doesn’t like it when people do that but this is what I found in google: Celtic sea salt is known for its high mineral content, particularly magnesium, potassium, and calcium. These minerals play essential roles in various bodily functions, including nerve transmission and muscle relaxation, both of which are crucial in migraine management. I put a pinch of Celtic salt on my tongue every morning and put it in my water bottle also. Worth a try! Or maybe others might want try, just wanted to share this info.

Love your hair!! It looks great straight or curled!! If you keep trying with the straight end curls you will get it! Hairdresser here....haha Just twirl, let some hair out, twirl and again and then let the end go straight down with the iron ❤️ But I think you always do a great job
