Hi Busy Daddy, I finally get to whip up this dishes but using chicken fillet instead. Just finished my lunch and I ate 2 bowls of rice instead of my usual 1 bowl... Oops... Really delicious, I reduced the salt and ate with sambal chilli instead. Yum and thanks so much for this easy recipe 👍🏻🙏🤗😁🇸🇬
