it's a good thing busy works beats is busy helping us out instead of working in his beats anonymously, I've learned more in one week than in the rest of my life living in brazil cos here people don't teach afraid of losing their jobs, as if anyone will take their time to learn so much about a subject if they're not that passionate about it. sef-teaching myself english was the best thing I've ever done, now I can have freedom, just because many teachers share their knowledge for free.

A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:7-9).

I have been making beats for 5 years, from trap to now reggaeton and mainly focus on Spanish music now, yet I haven’t posted a beats online. I feel ready to show my work I have hit ideas, but I’m taking everything step by step. Now I’m looking into what licenses I need to start a music production company…. Also while I do that I’m going to start meeting artist, I rather be ready then trying to figure shit out as far as creating…..

Nice, really nice. Great suggestions all! A part two would be cool, but of the eight things you mentioned at the end, what to cover? Running a business is usually the most confusing for an artist, creative, anyone who loves all the tech or craft of their art.

There is so much more we can do these days with our production which naturally means we need to strive to be better at what we know and keep getting better where we struggle. Never give up, learn and keep pushing. Talk to people, help people to do the same, ask for help to learn stuff. Develop artists and producers, collaborate.....Endless opportunity to do what you love

Man I have been following you for so many years now. Ever since you did 3xOSC sound design tutorials! I always had the mindset of "What are my influences doing online and how can I do the same but 1% better?" I need to rethink my strategies! I do have 1 question. What would you do to erase old online presence that's not relevant anymore like your soundclick, old forum posts or your production socials tied to your personal accounts? 🙏

Yo Busy, I'd like to hear your thoughts on the future of AI in music production.Bc I cant wait to see how rap will transform in this decade. Its done that for every decade, giving us all kinds of genres of hip hop.Not sure whats comes after trap but Im pretty sure AI has alot to do with it

I'm confused... Are we talking about producers (like Rick Rubin) or beatmakers? Or is it the same thing in English? Because I would argue that in practice there's a big difference between a producer and someone who makes a few beats in their bedroom.
@busyworksbeats11 ай бұрын
Both
@jrountree5848 ай бұрын
@drecksbeats In reality, a producer/beatmaker is the same when it comes to the creation/creativity process. When it comes to the actual role of a producer, it's a bigger responsibility than that of a beat maker, ie making sure project stay within given budget, guide artist/engineers, etc.... Basically getting the best out the artist to get the best product......... I agree with you.
