I stopped taking statins Dre after doing carnivor diet. Sugar is the root of all health issues. High triglycerides is cause by insulin resistance due to high spikes of glucose in the blood eating carbs and simple sugars.

Just a piece of advice, Ingat sa red meat because you already have high cholesterol with your diet Kahit Meron kang meds for cholesterol Hindi guaranteed na protected ka. With your diet you are prone to heart attack or any heart problem. You do not have a primary care physician so no one is managing your health. Irreversible po ang heart problem so Ingat lang. Push mo lang yan dre, wag ka makinig sa mga nagcocomment sayo dito na baka magkasakit ka o whatsoever. As long as you can sustain doing that kind of diet then you're good, just remember to track your calories, carbs, protein and fat intake mo daily then you'll have no problem. Suggest kolang na bili ka ng timbangan ng food para alam mo ilang grams ng food itatake mo kada meal. Carnivore diet is a strict diet downfall niyan is nakakaumay and in a long run maybe you'll fall of the wagon but as long as nakakaya monaman isustain then just go for it, maaadapt naman ng katawan mo yan. Most Filipinos are just not familiar sa ganyan diet that's why they worry because they don't know a thing, a lot of doctors and nutritionist claimed that carnivore diet is good even for the long run. @@DanPwnzAll High protein diet is only bad for people who have chronic kidney disease. If your kidneys are fine then there is nothing to worry about. High sugar diet / insulin resistance/diabetes and high bp is the root of kidney disease. Make your research before commenting.

Sabagay you only live once. Chronic ang development ng disease hopkins diet/carnivore or whatever di yan pwede long term even yon healthy na vegetarian di rin pwede long term at the moment ok ka pa again chronic ang development ng disease. C u on oct sa calgary God willing. Good you can endure no carb which is good and no sweet too. Just dont eat madaming protien kc normally 20% lang dapat out of your dietary requirement.

Kung napansin mo tokayo noong magkita tayo dito pinas nina boss Lie na payat ako. Results ng diet ko din yon. No rice ako. Replacement ko is kamote, kasava, saging na saba at nilabong mais. Then chicken breast, fish and beef. Continue your diet at makikita mo magandang results. Sa una lng medyo feeling nanghihina pero pag nasanay katawan mo sa diet babalik sigla at lakas mo
