Never will forget first seeing Jessie Taylor, hooked forever. What a nice guy. Missed.

Another great Butch Hancock song. A favorite...!

Right you are -- sure looked like Tiny from that angle (but tks for credits!) Tiny used to play a lot with Jimmie Gilmore and John Reed and the rest of those Lubbock guys -- Hub City Movers, T. Nickel House Band, DK Little Band, Sunnyland Special. His other claim to fame: he was the drummer on "Wipe Out."

Actually that's Barry Smith (credits at the end). Tiny used to play with Alvin Crow. Not sure if he played with Butch or not.

Kudos to swinneas -- this is pretty valuable stuff, as I don't think there's a whole lotta video out there of the Sunspots, particularly of this quality. Two of these guys gone now -- Jesse Guitar Taylor, and Mambo Johnny on the washboard. Pretty sure drummer Frosty is still around, and bassist Larry Lange has his own band these days (His Lonely Knights). And Butch, well, he'll outlive us all....

Pretty sure that's Tiny McFarland on drums. Sad to say, he is no longer around. Great clip!
