I have the same rifle, but in stainless steel and standard monte carlo stock. I have had the exact same problems as you guys. This gun have cost me probably hundreds of bullets caused by inconsistent results during load development. Fantastic results one day, but after a couple of heating sycles it produced "shotgun accuracy" results, as we say in Norway. The issue was resolved with generous amounts of Locktite. The same thing with the sling swivel mounts, also resolved the same way as you. Despite it's (now resolved) issues, I just love this gun. Incredibly compact when traveling, really handy in the woods, and (finally) crazy accurate for a break action gun.

Doesn't look very robust to me in terms of the moulding. I would fit a metal self tapping stud into a drilled hole with epoxy instead. You could then just dress off the moulded bit completely. Paul@testvalleyvenison
