Out of all the cartoonists out there right now, I'm glad Butch has found his way onto youtube. I remember when Nickelodeon would have their cartoon creators teach the audience how to draw their characters, and you stood out the most with your bombastic personality and good tips. 'Ghost Boy' by Butch Hartman represents the struggle of living a double life and the inner struggle of one's self. Mr. Hartman was inspired by the haunted lifestyle of a teen by the name of Danny. 'Young Danny Fenton was just 14, ' claims Hartman , 'when his parents build a strange machine,' and the rest was history.

The thing I love about Butch being on KZbin is that he is doing this for his fans. Most youtubers are here as a way to make money, as a job. Butch doesn't need money, he is basically the father of modern cartoons and has shaped the landscape for everything that has followed. And that probably paid pretty well. This may be going out on a limb, but I have a challenge for you... drawing other people's (viewers) characters, from memory... basically you can look at the character for a while before starting the drawing, and once you start drawing you're not allowed to look at the character anymore... It would be a hard concept to execute, but however you are able to do it, it would be a fun, and interesting idea, and would be a great way to get viewers more active on your channel!

I really loved this video and watching you draw your characters makes it easier to see the best way to draw them! Learn from the master, right? I really love your videos and can't wait until the day you can buy the rights to Danny Phantom, the boy, lol. That show deserves so much more than it has right now and the fandom and fanfiction out there, though I don't agree with it all, is huge! For a show I've never seen any advertising and that seems almost gone from the world, so many people still remember it! When you get the rights, are you going to try selling things like necklaces with the DP symbol, or posters, or merchandise like that? It would be amazing to see!
