So your questioning Rodgers for not playing academy players for cup games etc 🤔 I mean realistically you can only win 3 cups and if your academy players aren't good enough or think they are better than they are then you shouldn't play them. Academy players will get a start or game time if Rodgers thinks they are good enough and if they are required - these are the only relevant factors - they don't get game time just because they haven't done so for a while - no obligation to given game time and they know this and accept it
