Our Air Fryer Christmas Dinner Ho Ho Ho

Here's all the ingredients for our Christmas Dinner.
We chose a 3lb boneless turkey joint, wrapped in bacon.
Some Chipolata sausages and some streaky bacon to wrap them in to make the pigs in blankets.
Some potatoes for roasting.
Some parsnips for roasting.
A selection of frozen mixed vegetables.
Some Brussel Sprouts.
Some Green Beans.
A Cabbage.
For the cauliflower cheese, we got a large cauliflower. To make the cheese sauce, we have some grated cheddar cheese, 1 pint of milk and 2 desert spoons of plain flour.
For the yorkshire pudding mix, we have 2 large eggs, the same quantity of milk and the same quantity of plain flour.
We also have some sage and onion stuffing mix and some turkey gravy granules. Enjoy

Little tip for the puds. Don't add the milk before the mixing. Make a smooth paste with the flour, eggs and salt first then add the milk a little at a time to avoid lumps. Then leave the mix to stand for at least 3 hours at room temp to develop the yeast. Massive puds every time.😉
