You're welcome. They are basic, but you probably wont spend much time in the room. Take an extension lead as we found lack of sockets was a small problem with all our electricals. I hope you have a great holiday 😊

We are in one of these now and they are dirty and very run down with mould in bathroom window frames rotting the whole place needs to be refurbished. For the price very disappointin. One restaurant we went to the cups and plates were dirty( plates still had baked beans stuck on them) bins outside were overflowing.The entertainment seems to repeat itself every 4 days, so book a show Saturday it gets repeat Wednesday and Thursday. Stephen Mulhern is only on for 40 mins ( thought it would be a longer show seeing he is the main attraction) and as soon as the show ends the venue closes within 15 minutes. Would no recommend Butlins too pricey for what you get. Very disappointing all round.

I agree they need to invest in accommodation as it's very old now. I would have done that rather than build the new Xperience centre. This is why I also avoid peak holiday time. It's too busy, and I don't think it's as good value for money as off peak. But I appreciate that a lot of people have no choice.

Was the plates and cutlery clean?

Yes, the cups and glasses in the room were clean - although we always clean them again anyway. And in the restaurant they were fine 🙂

I don't believe so no. We usually take our own spray mop and stick hoover.
