Ingredients::
To marinate
Boneless chicken 400gm
Salt 1tsp
Pepper powder 1/3tsp
In a pan::
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic 2tbsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Amchur powder 1tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Ginger powder 1tsp
Little salt
Maida 1tsp(all purpose flour)
1/4 cup water
Fresh parsley
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper mix well and rest for 15 minutes
In a pan add oil and fry chicken about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
make sure the chicken is cooked on low flame.
Once chicken is cooked remove it from the pan.
In the same pan add butter once butter is melted add chopped garlic, garlic powder,ginger powder,amchur powder,pepper powder and salt mix and fry it on low heat for about 1 minute
Now add all purpose flour and fry it on low heat for 1 minute
Add water and give a mix.Let it cook on medium heat
Add fried chicken pieces.mix well and cook till the liquid is absorbed.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Delicious Butter Garlic Chicken ready to be served.
