Made this today, the amount of garlic mentioned in the recipe was a little overwhelming but I added some pudina green chilli paste to it with a dash of coconut milk, to even out the excess garlic. It was awesome with hot rotis!

For this amount of chicken, 6 garlic should be fine...am talking about the big garlic pods. I also have this problem when I follow Indian recipes;. I feel that the amount of garlic I use is too much. In USA, we get the big ones , as thick as a thumb and I think maybe the Indian garlic is a bit smaller in size. Today I was watching another recipe and comparing the garlic pods with the person's finger, the garlic were really tiny!

I’m not a big fan of black pepper, but I’d like to try this with equal parts green and pink peppercorns, ground. Excellent details in the recipe. I was a bit confused by the cooking times of the chicken, but the “total cooking time 7-8 mins” in the directions cleared that up. Thank you!
