INGREDIENTS:-
1/2 CUP + 1/4 CUP SUGAR
1-2 pinch baking soda
2 tsp butter or ghee
6-7 ALMONDS
6-7 cashews
3/4 to 1 cup fresh cream or malai
1 cup chilled heavy cream
1/4 cup condensed milk or sugar ( Optional, add if it is necessary )
1 tsp vanilla essence or butter scotch essence
5-6 bread slices

Tried it out. It turned out pretty good, scrumptious. My caramel turned out thicker than yours. If anyone else has a similar issue then i’d suggest adding water to make it less viscous.

I made this but found it really hard as the caramel dried and got hard very quikly as soon as i turned the gas off, it was very tasty though but not as easy as you make it look

I made this for eid and Masha Allah it tasted heavens😋😋 everyone loved it. But I have one query, my butterscotch sauce was v thick, unlike liquidify which u have shown. It was v good in taste though, but I pour it.... Had to apply on bread slices like a thick spread. What to do for a liquid form ? Also, I made a larger quantity than what you showed n increased the ingredients according. Anyways, thanks a lot👍👍👍
