Not sure if you’ve seen it yet but the DDP yoga channel posted a full video on him training with Dallas and getting his weight down to under 300 lbs (from 515+) and being able to get a hip replacement. He was in a wheelchair any time he had to walk over 20 feet and now he’s actually able to run (I would say jog but at his size and age a brisk jogging pace is the same as a full blown sprint to some). Check it out, it’s inspiring stuff.
