I look at butterbean and I can totally relate. I was over 400 pounds. 3 heart surgeries and even after that they gave me two years. That was enough to scare the living hell out of me. As of this moment. 13 years later. I'm down to 170 pounds. My waist went from over 50 in before. Today. A 32.. I was able to do this all on my own. My A1C is a 5.8 been off of insulin now for over two and a half years. I went from 17 different medications down to just one baby aspirin a day. You have to believe in yourself and find that inspiration to keep you going. Fasting is the true key to success.

And yes once when you get rid of the water the fat is the challenge especially the fat surrounds your vital organs. And trust me fasting does not damage your internal organs it helps them actually quite a bit. "And there's nothing any of us can do." That's a defeatist's mentality. You want to know WHAT you can do? You can put down the beer, stop eating the fast food, get in the gym and train as hard as you can for as long as you can. There is a difference between letting life and time destroy you and aging gracefully.

I didn't use DDP yoga. But the ads inspired me back in 2018. 2 years after falling off a cliff, I was pretty broken. I was using a walking stick everywhere I went. I had back surgeries that weren't helping. Physical therapy that wasn't getting me anywhere. And the final solution from the Dr was just pain pills. I didnt want that to be my life. I was depressed. I saw ads for DDP yoga and I saw people getting their life back. So I started doing yoga on my own. I am back to 100% today. I run, I jump, I do everything I used to do and more. I can't thank you enough for inspiring me and showing me the way.

Best most affordable way is get a gym membership that offers Yoga classes with the membership, and go every day. You can jump in any Yoga class as a total beginner and flail around, instructor will give you tips, you pick things up by watching... just don't be afraid to look like you are a beginner when you are beginning

I like yoga with Adrienne but theres loads. I just think shes cute lol. Shes got loads of 30 days of yoga playlists. its good, just dedicate yourself to do it every day for 30 days. Its only like 15 or 20 mins a day. I do it in the evening, feels great going to bed afterwards. @@oldmanemptyhouse7659

This actually brought tears to my eyes. 15 years ago when I was in the Canadian Air Force tore a disc in 2 places, and spent 2 years in agony. The physio, accupuncture etc was barely working. The thing that saved me was the core conditioning class they started, which used selected yoga exercises, it brought me back to the point where I was no longer on a medical category. I still do the exercises. Keep it up DDP!

I live close to Jasper. Back in the mid 90’s I went to a tough man contest with some friends. That was the first time I met Eric and watched him literally beat everyone. Years later he is in Vegas and before you know it the name Butterbean is known in many countries. I’m praying for him to find his way forward. He is a great person always polite! He is a warrior! He will 100% reach his goals moving forward! Great video.

My wife got me the DDPY DVD set a couple years ago and I have made progress I didn’t think was possible. I’m Disabled and have had 11 spinal surgeries. Most recently 2 in 2020. The first of which did permanent nerve damage to me right leg. DDPY has given me the ability to play with my daughter again on her level. I’m still in constant pain but I can get off the floor unassisted now. Making it possible to play with her. Watching Butterbean’s transformation brought a tear to my eyes and strengthen my resolve to not give up. Thank you Sir.

Don’t quit, even if you’re not seeing results. The body is made in the kitchen! Eat right! Sugar is addictive! The government allows these additives as it lowers population and makes people dependent on big pharma! You’re worth it. NO ONE else will invest into you.
