Hi Jo I have just watched a video about your garden. Wondering if you can give me some ideas about Australian plants for bitterflies. When we moved up from Sydney near Lismore our garden was grown in and we had huge amont of butterflies. Since than we had to remove gian dangerous trees near the house open up let some sunsine in but with that the butterfly population is declined. I would love to replant so they will come back. Plese help. Thank you.

Hello, I’ve been trying to start a decent butterfly garden but am struggling to source native plants in my area, I live near the Gold Coast in qld, would you have any contacts or nurseries I could try? Have plenty of food source plants but very little host plants. Cheers

Hi Nick. I'm currently in New Zealand for the coming year doing a university course. So no planting in Brisbane for a while. But can I help you with anything else? Jo

@@johammond2516 thanks for the reply! That sounds like a great adventure. I would like any recommendations for someone that could help develop planting and rough plan for a native, bird and butterfly attracting garden... That Ideal that produces some human food too.

@@nickbartzis8512 Hay Nick Email me at johammond1@gmail.com with a map of the garden with rough size. Which way it faces, hills dips ponds, structures, what human food you want? bush tucker, fruit, veg? We can work together to develop you a suitable garden that will fit your criteria. Jo
