李云迪不是短指症哦，他的手是正常的，只是手指偏短而已。至于手指较粗，指尖有肉球，那是长期练琴的结果。

云迪没有D型短指症哦，他的手是健康、正常的。手指甲比较短是后天修剪的结果，钢琴家很多都会这样做，把指甲修剪短以防止影响触键。长年累月整个甲床就会变短。 附参考资料：“D型短指症是常染色体显性遗传疾病，目前没有有效的根治方法，主要表现为大拇趾粗而短，指甲板短而宽，指甲两侧的骨头突出，指腹肉厚。”
