Thanks for the interesting video! I was just talking to a friend the other day about butterfly pea flower tea when she showed me a photo her exchange student from Thailand had sent her. It was a salad she had made that featured blue rice colored with butterfly pea flowers. I noticed slices of lime in the photo and told my friend that butterfly pea flower tea is a pH indicator and asked if squeezing the lime on the blue rice would turn it purple. I'm waiting to hear if she gets an answer.

How fun! That sounds like a fun way to use the flower on rice. Any citrus works but I wonder if it would work after the rice is already died.
