Thankyou so much ☺!! •Firstly the batter has to be soaked for eight hours. ••Secondly the top screw should by fully tight. These two steps should give a smooth batter.

Mixer will get heated up - so food will become hard. Wet grinder stones will not heat up the batter - they will keep it cool.
