Fellow Nomad…going on one year this month following the death of my husband. Just returned from 4 month off grid adventures from the American Southwest to Kodiak Alaska (where I spread my husband’s ashes ) and Northern British Columbia . Getting ready to return to the desert 🌵..The year has been quantum spiritual growth and a renewed soul awakening . When you surrender everything familiar and detach from everything and open to possibilities you will find that you, we are so much more than the programming we’ve lived. I feel Nomads are a different breed and together we are showing that people can live the life outside of the norms.

This what hubbie and I wanted to do for a long time now …..but we dnt work….. and would have to give our house up we rent … hopefully we can do it on our pension as we both carn’t work we both have chronic back issues but can do daily things thoe our youngest daughter will be traveling with us cause our old son and daughter live with the girl friend and our daughter has 2 boys and a toddler that’s not 2yrs old …we just won’t to be a minamlist and just have what we need to be comfortable with less is more …….i love ❤️ your story keep going and I love love ❤️ your van setup just beautiful…..happy traveling…..where from Australia Melbourne…..we need to save for a van or caravan as we call them here it’s very hard with the prices of everything these days the government’s have made it so difficult to to even be able to enjoy the rest of our older life together as where in our early 60s so great planing 😊

Yeah I started with 98 CNG Van for 5K and found it was a lemon/lime and the remainder 5K I had to spend on New brake line, 4 brakes, 190 storage, Uhaul and helpers. Plus being told I've got to make my van commercial which is also commercial insurance $500 in NYC i can't afford. So money I thought to use to build my inner van, registration and insurance Gone. 61 yrs Old, Now in the Cold in New York unable to move.. Shelter here I come.. Yippee! God Bless the Lucky...😢
