I think one thing Scotty did that was just wrong was hanging out with Bobbi after marrying Laura. I can't blame Laura for being upset with that. Before that I was firmly in the Scotty-Laura camp, but disrespecting her like that moved me right into the Laura-Luke fan.

I kind of lost tracking of General Hospital . . . stopped watching it around 1986. I didn't know that Laura and Scotty got married again. So what happened?

LuvTadnDixie Their second marriage didn't last very long and, as far as I can remember, happened mostly off screen. Laura and Scott were brought back to the show for the 50th anniversary of GH. They revealed they had been spending time together in Europe and were getting remarried. They married on the show, but were only on a few more months. When Laura returned a couple years later (for Tony Geary's sendoff) she told people Scott was filing for divorce. Now Laura is the mayor of Port Charles, and she and Scott are still friends.

I really thought they made the cutest couple back in the '70' S. Laura was a beautiful teen, and I thought Scotty was so adorable! L & L were very exciting together, but I always felt bad that Scott got left in the lurch. He started out as a really nice guy. He didn't start getting creepy until he got dumped by L & L.

@@katydalton4759 I actually probably was one of the few people who wanted her to remain with Scotty and not choose Luke. I think they were adorable together and of course I thought that Scotty was so cute! I was born in 1964 so I sort of had a crush on him LOL

@@LisaHouserman I was never a Luke and Laura fan back in the 80's. I didn't like Luke. I was a Scotty/Laura fan and really liked Robert and Holly too. Luke ruined storylines haha
