BUT I DARE ALL TO WATCH THE TAPES from when BW was there, and WHO GOT IT DONE?? Whjop was TYHE Maestro? Ie the "conducter"? Then at Hall of Shame time, BW was Cut out!! THAT WAS BORDERLINE EVIL! Bob's sight was REALLY bad so it was impossible for him to look cool with 3X lenses,,, The magic of his guitar work..

Christine McVie was a lovely woman, with love for her profession. And she was a beautiful singer and songwriter. Just listening to the words of her songs alone gives me peace of mind and a feeling of love. And contrary to popular belief she was good friends with Stevie Nicks. Yeah then I knew very little about Christine McVie. But as I got older I researched as many bands as I could. Just to learn about their lifestyle prior and during their musical career. My problem was I never appreciated Christine McVie in the beginning, until after I found out of her hardships and struggles through life. Fleetwood Mac is one of those rare bands that epitomizes the definition of "great music". Even if the music they play isn't one's preferred style, they still have to admit that THIS is how music is done RIGHT! Christine was such an integral part of the band's sound and image that I'd have to agree with Mick that without her, it's just NOT Fleetwood Mac. I think of what Paul McCartney said when asked about a Beetles reunion: "There will never be a Beetles reunion as long as John Lennon remains dead" (before George's passing). I feel the same sentiment concerning Fleetwood Mac and Christine... Unfortunately, it's the same for the band that's closest to my heart - Pink Floyd... I'll never get to see TRUE "Pink Floyd" (or the potential of a reunion with Roger Waters) ever again now that Rick Wright has died. So HEARTBREAKING when the GIANTS and ARTISTIC MENTORS in your life pass away... The "emptiness" never leaves you.

As much as I like Stevie Nicks, this overabundance of file footage of her in this video tribute montage seems in poor taste and disrespectful. Christine had a golden voice and was a great songwriter in her own right. Ever the ultimate songbird.....fly with angels, Christine. You will be missed.

She is one of the first artists that I can remember remembering. Lol! Fleetwood Mac was and still is my favorite band. I used to dance around in my church dresses pretending to be her, Stevie Nick's, or Blondie in the later years of the 70's. She is a legend! 💚

@@FactsVerse Go your own way and Gypsy were songs I played again and again and my sister threatened to break my record in half and burn it. 😆 😄 My mom took me to a concert when I was around 5 years old and I remember it like it was yesterday.

Without Christine's ingenious song writing and virtuoso piano, I truly doubt the band can continue. Mick has tried bringing in new members, but none of the new line ups have worked. I'm afraid the journey is over.

5:33 - Let's face the unpleasant facts: Before Christine Perfect's death Fleetwood Mac were already facing difficulties since Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham hostilities had come to a head and could no longer tolerate each other. One of them had to go. And Buckingham was the one who got his walking papers! This will probably NOT smooth things between them. Fleetwood Mac ought to follow Led Zeppelin's 1980 example and just plain call-it-quits!

Two BIG oops. Most of the video clips show Stevie Nicks, not Christine. AND you missed her first solo album released in 1969 (?) just before joining the group. It was re released a couple years later as "The Legendary Christine Perfect Album"

Now with the passing of Christine and the departure of Lindsey, i think its now time for FM to retire...no one could replace them two in a million years, its just not the same, all band members are now in their 70s...and. ailing...so now is the time to go gracefully hang up the instruments and enjoy the autumn years of life...❤❤❤❤❤
