You explain everything so completely and since you are a native speaker I can learn and understand and improve on my listening and comprehension skills. This is the best presentation on this topic I have seen, you did a great job of explaining the topic related to English grammar. You kept it simple and gave clear examples. I like your technique of speaking in Spanish and then immediately repeating it in English. I had a class yesterday in person with a Spanish teacher and came away totally confused. It is all clear now. Also, I liked that you didn't keep everything in the present tense, it seems that teachers are reluctant to speak in anything but the present tense.
