iv been planing on swimming loch ness myself but due to a back injery and eye injery i put it off but am back to planing a date hopfully late this year erly next . all the mind game is ,is to say right get it done and its done its not torcher or punnishment but self achevment and dedication , not to hard to push ur mind when you say that no need to trick your mind just say your going to do it and do it . GYM shark has to be the most overated fitness brand out there ,iv a freind who asked to be sponsered as thay were doing a tryatalon and thay just had the legs amputated but yet not one reply , then theres a mate of mine whos a girl and asks can thay sponcer her if she pushes there brand ohhh and she dose modleing ....... thay jumped on it only for her to say no as it was her husband who lost his legs and thay dint respond to sponcering him 3 weeks befor she messsaged .... sad that its all for show tbh
