Neil Hilborn has given me a lot of things: inspiration, courage, validation, a response to one of my tweets that I got to brag about at school, but this might be the most important work I've experienced of his. But I also find it impossible to believe that all of this just happened out of pure coincidence. Right now I'm in a Psychology 100 class and it's INCREDIBLE what the brain can do and how it develops and so on. I just... looking around myself and at the world, it's an amazing place and people are just... wow. I can't see any of that just happening.
