Definitely a Tall Tale at this point but what really tickles me is What happens when you relate the dollars to flowers or something nice instead of bullets? There isn't authentic merit in making mere symbolic comparisons. Even if you want to compare it to bullets do you see them as being used to harm or to defend? You can make just about anything Sound good depending upon your wordplay. That is nothing new.
