I'm curious as to your setup on this bike for the track. I recently purchased a 16 gsx-s1000 and want to take it on the track eventually. My current track bike is an 03 gsxr-600 lol

I just have an upgraded rear shock (resprung and valved r1 shock) and lower handlebars. Time of video, Rizoma Drag Bar. Currently using a pro-taper Carmichael low.

@@S2_Fresh thanks for the reply. What year R1 rear shock can I use and what's the spring rate? Or is it just the stock R1 shock and spring?

@@Fr1edLump1a I believe it was off of a 2015-2016 r1. I bought it with an spring installed and had been re-valved.

Yoshimura header, mid-pipe, and cheapo ebay muffler lol. Danos performance remap. R1 rear shock. In video using Rizoma Drag Handlebar. But currently using a Pro-taper Carmichael low bar.

@@S2_Fresh do you prefer the protaper than the rizoma? Im considering these two for fz07 , 5.11 height,

@@nikosroumeliotis6973 I like the Pro-taper a bit more. Whereas the Rizoma was completely straight, the Pro-taper is positioned so that the grip angle is slightly downward, similar to clip-on
