What about utilities…city water and gas? Sewage….do you have to have a septic tank?

In this community, it is septic. However there is a water tap.

As for gas, the builder usually buries a Liquid Propane Gas on the property for gas cooking.

In this community, unfortunately, farm animals are not allowed, as it’s pretty residential. I have other areas that would be good with this.
