Some wheaters I really like, others not so much. Any bottle of bourbon that has the words "caramel, chocolate, maple" on the label has my immediate attention.

If you like MM46CS then this is that turned to 11. If you don't then you won't like this. As a long time MM46 drinker this is something special, I won't look for a backup but I'll enjoy it now and then until it is gone.

New to bourbon and glad I found your channel. Still learning what I like and what I don’t but for me this was horrible lol. I’ve had one pour and I’ll probably give the rest away. So far the Woodford 121.2 is my favorite. Any recommendations for me going forward? Thanks.

I would recommend keeping it and sampling again in a month or more. You've had the neck pour on a fresh crack; it will change now that it's aerated. Most bottles get better as they open up. Enjoy the journey. Cheers!

I bought a bottle and kicked myself for not buying two. I was lucky to find another. I love most mm offerings only one I can say I don't care for is the regular MM . Chocolate waffles with syrup all day long the nose And tongue match 100%

it's very much like a private select where someone went whole hog with the French Oak... then asked them to throw a few more in for good measure.

A buy at MSRP if your cabinet lacks a MM wood-finishing bottle…a pass if you still have one or two. This bottle fell flat for me. I would put it “mid-pack” or maybe even slightly behind mid-pack of the wood-finishing bottles of yesteryear

I always pass on Makers. All wheaters are a pass for me, though.
