Extensive renovation, particularly when it comes to adding plumbing pipe, and electrical conduit. It will be complicated by the stone construction that our tour guide is gushing over. Don't get me wrong, the stonework was beautifully done, by master masons, to be sure... but that doesn't change the fact that unless you want exposed conduit in every room of the house? Conduit channels will have to be added, and then plastered over... and that's going to be rather large pain in one's posterior.

Speechless. The land is spectacular and the house unchanged for many years. It was like a museum or a set for a movie. The bedroom arrangement was circular I think. This was not a house for rich but a working farm or perhaps in the older years it was more like an Inn? I love the driveway and wisteria, a hint of what the property will be when a developer snatches this up. Not for the faint of heart or older people who don’t have the time needed to restore and redesign. It is always fun having you show us property and the diversity keeps the channel interesting. There are so many possibilities with this property. It'll require a lot of plumbing work for all the new bathrooms. But it seems reasonably priced for the Cortona area and the size of the property. The cantina is fantastic. I would consider moving the vats to another location on the property (to reuse??) and turn the rooms into an awesome bar. Nick, there were times in this video where your excitement was such that I thought you could have used a moment alone. 😇Your enthusiasm and energy are contagious. I hope you had a Buona Pasqua.
