I enjoyed this so much that I did not want it to end...so, I watched it again! The second time one see's even more especially in that wonderful factory. I'd get in there and never come out- candy store. Then in the pastry store....salivating. The restoration seems to be coming along nicely. Well, the home is coming along beautifully! I noticed along the back wall of the woodworkers shop there is what appears to be a tall antique piece with drawers that have handles that match your kitchen. Huh, great progress with your palace since the last video. Congrats for achieving this milestone. And yes, that *is* truely hard work, Nick, coming that far! FaBuLoUs home, I am jealous of that great hall/ballroom/theatre....I would suggest getting some terracing done in that back garden so you can put a pool in, but that'll need some deep underground piling sas the terraces are dug in and built up-down....even if you don't put in a pool a fountain is of uttermost need for a serene homelife and enjoyable garden experience.

Good morning Nick! Really enjoyed today’s episode. Love the tour of the shops/business’s. Your home is looking spectacular and one never tires of seeing the great room theatre, it is simply stunning. The fireplaces look amazing and you have a garden full of “huggable trees!” Have you considered some partial terraced gardens, vegetable or vineyards and an area to sit at the top, enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy that wonderful view? Hi Nick, what an amazing tour of the artisans and then to see the incredible work that you’ve both done in your amazing home. We live in a 450 year old house and over 30 years, I’ve taught myself to do nearly all the maintenance and repairs from roof down so I know what it takes to achieve the incredible and sympathetic works that you’ve undertaken yourself. A very talented guy with a natural eye for conserving historical detail. I was amazed at the size of your garden and as someone else has commented, it needs to be terraced and divided in to ‘rooms’ so that when you look out from the house, your eye cannot see it all without journeying through each part. Lovely trees too. A veg garden will be a must! Looking forward to further updates with bated breath. Simon, Essex.

Nick, I so enjoy seeing your videos every week. The company you showed making quality furniture is amazing. I concur they are artisans and buying quality is the way to go. I very much like the marble you selected for the kitchen. Your property is majestic and lucky to have custodians who give it love. The historical elements are important, as some people destroy them and want all modern, instead of integrating the two. The outdoor area is wonderful and I see the potential. How wonderful to have fruit and olive trees. You have more land space than I imagined with different levels. Bravo on finding this home and caring for it. I wish you the best always.
