I've placed 2 orders that have been delivered and one is on the way. I received a credit for the order that was late and a credit for a problem that was the courier's fault, not Temu's. The credit was applied automatically to my next order. Everything has been of excellent quality and was exactly as represented on the site. So far all is well.

Lol no one is denying your ability to choose and buy cheap as possible products if you have a way to do it. However if you have a shred of dignity left and moral integrity you would consider "how" and "why" these products are as cheap as they are. Yes one is tariffs exception because of the de minimis loophole. And other is likely the use of forced and cheap cheap labor used to manufacture and procure the raw materials to create these products. 0 environmental consideration taken by the ccp. And massive over reach in social media with fake AI generated reviews and upvotes etc. Many people argue that other retailers like Amazon and Walmart target etc. Use the same basic and sourced products as temu sells. And honestly that's probably very likely the case. Except they are forced to pay tariffs and other import taxes among other things. That doesn't make it any better don't get me wrong. But if you care more about your immediate pocket book and nothing else in terms of security and prosperity of the country you live in then proceed and partake in the use of this app. If integrity, future of your country and prosperity and success of our children matters then everyone should reconsider and find out at least the truth of how these products can be as cheap as they are. Where are they sourced from and what organization is ultimately handling then. What they stand for etc.

As for me, I’ve ordered over 20 times, I have had nothing but amazing experiences. My orders came on time, no broken items, customer service was amazing. An item was missing a piece and was refunded quickly! All the clothes I buy were true to size as well as the shoes…Idk but I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. I’ll def continue to purchase there until I feel like I’ve had enough lol.

I use common sense and look for Temu reviews of the exact products and have often paid 1/3 of what I would pay to get the same Chinese products from a retail store in the states. So far I have no problems and have saved a lot of money. That said, I don't buy parachutes or life vests from them.

You guys are lucky as I didn't have much luck when I bought 3 pairs of shorts. The zipper broke on 2 of the pairs within 2 days of getting them, and the button on the third pair came of after just one week. I uninstalled TEMU

Temu is officially under US investigation. They supposedly sell your personal data including bank info. It's parent app was banned from the Play Store for the reason I mentioned above.

I've purchased 3-4 times now. It's been on-time each time, and the product quality has been fine. Items do arrive in plastic bags, so don't get anything fragile. Sizing is always an issue with any online retailer. Clothing items have been fine for what the cost was. So far, so good.

I've ordered a couple times from Temu. I've been happy with my 2 orders. I guess I wasn't expecting much from the prices I've paid but the stuff I ordered was pretty good. The only thing I don't like about Temu is the description of the items. From the things I bought there really isn't a description that I could see. When I order I don't expect much but then you can't expect much with the prices. But so far I have to say it's pretty good.

I would advise anyone to not buy anything fragile from Temu because they don't ship in boxes. Instead, they just pack everything into a plastic bag. My wife just bought a bunch of stuff from them, including a glass coffee pot, which of course arrived shattered into many pieces. Even though we sent a picture of it, we still had to send it back to them (with all the broken glass) to get the refund. Edit: I can see from the comments that some people have had a better experience with the service than I did.

I did a test order of 6 items. They were upfront on the delivery. I received SMS updates on the shipping regularly. Yes, the boxes were squashed but, I purchased items that were durable. My plan now is to order more from Temu unless I need it right away, then Amazon or Walmart.

I'll never buy clothes from them, but have found Temu to be great for small cheap items/gifts or inexpensive household items, especially around Christmas time. It's fantastic for cheap stocking stuffers. Anytime I've had an issue they've credited or refunded me and typically don't ask you to send back the problem item.

PRO/CON: After several purchases I had the following experiences. One delivery was beyond the 14-day period, & I was automatically given $5 on my next purchase. One delivery indicated as delivered, did not arrive. Customer asked me if I wanted money or reorder. I asked for a reorder & it was sent without question. On the negative side, I will not buy "coin-rings" as the "coin" marking were hard to see. Be sure you know what size you are buying. Most items are smaller than I expected. I plan to continue using TEMU in the future.

I'm a huge crafter and have ordered many crafting supplies (precut wood shapes, hats for snowmen or santas, lace, stencils, beads, etc.) through Temu and, so far, have had no problems. I am very careful to read the reviews on every item I want to order, before I order it. I think that is a big part of why I've had no real problems. I think I only ordered one thing I didn't really care for but it was because the color was different than it looked and not flattering for me. Due to the reasonable price, I didn't return it or even contact customer service, I donated the top. I will continue to order as long as I don't have any issues.

Many of the products I purchased were also listed on Amazon for at least twice as much. Have ordered from them multiple times now getting free shoes, smart watch and other items. When an order is late, the $5.00 credit is applied without asking. The clothes were good quality and exact dimensions are listed before ordering. I have been quite pleased with Temu.

I've bought numerous items from Temu over the last 8 months and haven't had any problems with ordering, shipping or returns. I mainly buy household items - many of which are exactly the same as being sold on Amazon for 3x the price - as well as some clothing. No electronics. It's absolutely critical to read the product descriptions carefully and to order by the measurements in the size charts for clothing - don't ever order by your usual US size - and always check the product information to be sure of the fabric content. Their phone customer service was responsive, and they refunded me immediately for two items that had been incorrectly described. The only downside is their horrible tape wrapped, mummy-like plastic shipping blobs. Anything fragile or in a box would probably not make it undamaged or unsquashed.

I totally agree with everything you said, been using Temu since they launched in Sept, and I only buy things like keyboard cleaner or something cheap like that, I doubt clothing or electronics would be great from them, our shipping times have been around 2weeks or so on average, and my wife has ordered way more from them and has returned I would say half the things she has got, she also pointed out to me they have a price match option on an item once you order something and before it deliveries, they text too often like 5 times a day I get a text from them some days, great video and I feel Temu is growing too fast and has no customer support to match there growth

You lose and our country loses. Not one cent supports a worker even in a store in the USA. Even the delivery of these items within the USA rips off the post office and tax payers who have to subsidize the loss our postal service realizes with the delivery of each of these items shipped direct from China. China poses as an undeveloped country so that our postal service delivers for essentially nothing in our country since they get the same treatment as an undeveloped nation like Mali etc through an international shipping agreement supposed to aid developing countries. China cheats again and the US loses again with your help when you purchase from Temu. So think about that before continuing to support this at the cost to our country, our workers, our postal service, and our tax payers.

I was wary and at first bought only small items I could afford to throw away if unsuitable. The items I bought were as described (I always read the reviews too) and so I bought the first pair of shoes I have ever purchased online. Perfect fit and finish - so many compliments that I bought another pair with the same successful result. Bought a dress where I ordered the wrong size - my fault. Tried to return but Temu told me to keep or donate and they still refunded. My daughter was very pleased to receive the dress instead. I'm sorry but I think your review of Temu is unnecessarily negative.

I've placed five orders with Temu. The shipping and tracking to Australia has been great. The products great for the price. I love they do free shipping and returns. They refund store credit as soon as my return parcel is scanned at my postal service. I love the price adjustment after I've received my orders. I've been given $5 credit twice for late arrival of goods that actually arrived on their last stated shipping date. I think Temu is awesome!

I've ordered 4 or 5 big orders, almost 100 items, and I gave never had a problem. Knowing the company and the fact it will be slower shipping for me to get huge discounts, I order knowing I will wait a bit. I have no problem with that. I haven't had any poor quality items. I had one item that was missing pieces which I'm going to return. I also don't mind watching the sponsor reviews and I can see the product. It's just up to us customers to review the customer reviews before buying. That has been very helpful to me so I've got all good products. I have not had to deal with customer service yet. But I know in the community many many people have talked to have all had very good experiences. I think at this time of inflation this came at the right time.

I've placed 5 orders - I've bought a drone, an air compressor for my tires, shoes, silk sheets, a portable air conditioner, airpods/earbuds, sunglasses, belts, and backpacks - all items arrived and worked perfectly. I agree that the more complex the product, the more likely it might be faulty; however, the drone I got works amazingly. In addition, I needed a refund for one time, which I got immediately via credit (I chose this option). I used the credit to buy other items. I've also received 6 free gifts from inviting friends. In addition, I had to call customer service about a question regarding a product I ordered - I reached someone from the call center almost immediately. They were super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.

I buy constantly from Temu!! Love their free shipping and credit they give they give back if the items arrive late. I've bought phone and computer chargers, kitchen utensils, etc. Late delivery? Then they give you $5 credit. I made two refunds over the phone and I didn't even have to return the products. I like the customer reviews. I've never received any damaged items in my purchases.

Good to hear but I would be very cautious buying electrical goods from companies of this nature. You can make an electrical device that works but is still dangerous, maybe to your devices, maybe to you, maybe your family. I''ve had both good and bad experiences with products. I never needed customer service. My items came in a week to the east coast of the US. One of the product pictures was deceptive, so the product was a disappointment, but it was cheap. Some of the other products were a little low in quality. However, there were a couple that I rate as big bargains. The moral of the story is, you have to shop carefully and not by tools that require extreme accuracy, and be wary of the pictures

Been buying from Temu over 3 months now. I have not only been VERY happy with what I got but also VERY happy with the return policy. Every order i have gotten i had to get refund on at least 1 thing. Never had a problem. Quick delivery. Even tho temu offers 5$ credit for late delivery I never had late package. I have gotten over 11 orders since April. I love it. I have gotten lots of stuff i never would have been able to afford otherwise. Clothes fit just right. Some stuff is on the cheap but they r just the same as buying at dollar tree or dollar general n even Walmart. So y not pay less for cheap items then pay more in Walmart. Same items local stores offer just cheaper prices.

I've ordered quite a bit from Temu and have been satisfied with the shipment time, delivery, and items received. I have had to return a few items due to incorrect sizing, poor quality, or inaccurate description and always select the account credit option, most of the items I returned I wasn't required to ship back and still received the credit to my account. When using these shopping platforms, people HAVE to have realistic expectations. Shipping isn't fast, but the items are usually shipped within a day of ordering in my experience. They just have a long way to travel. Also, always expect to get what you paid for- I ordered a pair of jeans for $1. I was surprised they fit SO WELL and are actually cute jeans. I expected something totally unlike the picture and unwearable and I got surprised. Now, however, the zipper doesn't stay zipped after washing. It's an easy fix, and I won't complain because they were a dollar. I spent more than that on my coffee this morning!

There is nothing wrong with "free items if you invite people". Big corporations spend millions or hundreds of millions of dollars on advertising and the cost is passed on to you. With the Temu way the small cost is passed on to the customers as rewards. Brilliant marketing. Thank you for posting this information. I have ordered from them on two occasions. Items were received in about 10-12 days but poorly wrapped. As you stated the items were of very low quality and often broken or didn't work. Also, the representation in the ad sometimes turned out to look much bigger, better, etc. than the real product you received. Their pictures in the ads might show several of something then you order it and you get only one or it looks much bigger in the picture than the one actually received. Yes that is something the consumer should double check before ordering but they are very good at their "deceptive" marketing. Also, I did not try to return the items for a refund because the hassle to do so was much worse than the $2.00 to $3.00 return I MIGHT receive. I am sure that this is something they hope many customers do--- just throw it away and consider it a small loss. I ordered 2 articles of clothing and the fabric it was made from was of extremely poor quality and very thin. Both had unfinished seams and no neck facing. They will probably be worn when I am painting or cleaning the house and I don't care if they get ruined and don't plan on going out of the house. Would I buy again from TEMU? Probably not. Most of it is just cheap junk or a misrepresentation of something. Money is too tight right now to waste it on cheap products that don't last.

As for the packages go. They have to go through Customs. Where they ripped open, inspected, and taped back. Customs don't care if they damage your package.

I've been very happy with Temu. Twice, my order was one day past the end date on the delivery window and they gave me a $5 credit each time. I mostly order sewing and craft stuff and seasonal decorations. I've gotten a few little electronics and office supplies as well. I haven't ordered any clothes, with it being a Chinese site I assume everything will be really small. Their diamond dot picture kits are a great deal!

You lose and our country loses. Not one cent supports a worker even in a store in the USA. Even the delivery of these items within the USA rips off the post office and tax payers who have to subsidize the loss our postal service realizes with the delivery of each of these items shipped direct from China. China poses as an undeveloped country so that our postal service delivers for essentially nothing in our country since they get the same treatment as an undeveloped nation like Mali etc through an international shipping agreement supposed to aid developing countries. China cheats again and the US loses again with your help when you purchase from Temu. I can't find any credible source for your claim that Chinese businesses get any delivery breaks other than possibly a bulk delivery fee setup like any other business. This is a company, not a department of the Chinese government. They have good prices, and good customer service, at least in my experience. If you are concerned about the Post Office, perhaps you should vote for people who want to revoke the nonsense rule that the USPS has to have funds to pay for pensions for generations to come. That was a Republican ploy to try to make it easier to privatize the Post Office to help wealthy donors make even more off of the American people.

I’ve had no problem with Temu. I’ve ordered several times from them. The usps delivered my pkg to a wrong address and Temu gave me a choice to either get a full refund or send the same stuff that was lost. So I chose to have my stuff sent again and I got it without having to pay shipping.

I've done multiple Temu hauls and have yet to be disappointed with their products! They give you credit if your shipment is late and offer free returns within 90 days of purchase they even offer you price adjustments. Its worth it.

I've had five orders from them and would say this review is accurate. I would offer this general rule; the simpler the item, the more likely it will be of sufficient quality. Possible Examples: a drain hair catcher - good, a DVD player - bad. When I started they had a $10 minimum order for free shipping, which somehow turned to $20 by the last order (sucking in a new customer?). At this point I would use them less and probably only order if I had a couple of *needed* items that clearly were significantly cheaper there (and of acceptable quality using my general rule). The "new" minimum $20 order for free shipping really turned me off. I also did get free credit for one slow order, twice. (I should note a few items I requested a return on, they just said "keep it for free". This may be a ploy to suck new customers in; I don't know.) Overall, I would say probably 2 out of 3 items you get are good, the rest, not so much. Read the descriptions and reviews well. Returning is a hassle for items only costing a couple of bucks. They may be counting on that as part of their business plan.

Some sites like Amazon let customers keep items because the overhead to receive and restock a returned item (which in many cases can only be resold at a lower "used-like new" price) is more than the item is worth. For some customers it can seem like a bonus or good will gesture, but I think it just comes down to numbers.

Thank you for this good advice. I have had several orders from Tamu, but nothing that could be damaged in the post, and I don't have a smartphone so no app! I was easily able to remove an item from an order I had just made, and added something else to the order instead, with a small amount of credit to use next time. I shall be very careful about what I buy, I do love the shoes I ordered from them, great price, nice shoes.

I’ve been TEMU customer since April. I’ve ordered a lot of t shirts from them, they have the best cat shirts I’ve seen in a long time. But the one thing I don’t like is that the ones that have some polyester in them seem to run smaller than the cotton ones. They still fit, just not as loose as a regular t shirt. Also, I’ve just purchased a knitting loom for the first time. You have to assemble it yourself. Not too difficult, just make sure you have a hammer to pound the pegs in. If you order a knitting loom and don’t know how to use it, do yourself a favor and go on KZbin for instructional tutorials. Much easier to learn if you can see someone else using the loom.

I bought 23 pairs of shorts from them April 2024 and they were true to fit and made better than Wal-Mart shorts, plus lots of diff. styles and materials. So as for me, I am happy. I also bought the icemaker and a dog vacuum hair trimmer. Both of them came in time and work great. Again, happy with the 3 purchases so far guys. 🤷‍♀️

Just got my 1st order yesterday. It took a total of 12 days from order to delivered including weekends. It was 1 day late, I got my $5 coupon as promised within a few hours. I applied it to the 2nd order also yesterday. Customer Service was Excellent & Instant. A few items were slightly bent because they were plastic & the way it was packed. However it was minor and didn't affect the product enough to be returned. When I bought something for .60 vs $1.25 at Dollar Tree, it was all well worth the time & prices. Nothing I ordered was needed immediately and 12 days including wkend coming from China I felt it worked well.

I have to add that anyone who orders from a company that's overseas has to expect a long delivery time but my experience with Temu has been that you get what you pay for and sometimes you get a good surprise and the stuff is actually very decent. I bought four different kinds of earbuds because I'm very hard on them. And I found the type that I like the best and I am going to order a few more sets of those because they were well worth it. Last week, I saw an ad by Temu, selling a moveable desk lamp. When I wanted to order it, I had to order other things to get to at least $10 to receive the lamp for the reduced price. I love Temu. I have had all positive transactions. One order was short items and they immediately refunded. People that want name brands should go to regular stores and not complain about quality. They are great for everyday household items. Example- label maker tape , walmart one for 10.00 temu 3 for eight. They had a cap for my weed eater and it fit.

There's definitely a lot of lower quality stuff (especially the figures that they 3d print) so I'd advise only ordering things that have reviews with pictures because depending on the item, a lot of times the images they use aren't representative of the actual quality

Been with Amazon too long to change. Yes, I'm paying more for a few items, but overall if I place things in my Wish List, I will get a notification when an item I'm really not in a hurry for, letting me know the price has come down. And, I have also gotten extremely spoiled by the shipping! I am also a Prime member so I have other benefits as well. As long as Amazon continues with the track record I have come to know and appreciate, it's doubtful I will ever be tempted to even give Temu a try. Also, I have read far too many negative reviews about them. That also helps take away the temptation to try them out.
