My mum served a section 21 the dosser still hasn't moved out and now she said she's got to pay solicitors £700 but he can be gone in 2 weeks so who knows .Bloody nightmare isn't it nothing ever goes to plan I'm trying to purchase a house atm mortgage valuer goes round and says he can't value it untill I have these 3 surveys done I said if they all come back good are we good to go they said were not telling 😆I thought are we 6 years old again .Iv forked out for them so fingers crossed and will know next week its all such a slow process its hard keeping up the drive for work when shit like this is going o I the background and a👶 .Hope everything works out atlesst you have your cash out of yours in the bank

Luckily for me it’s the current owners problem. But most likely they are not well enough to deal with it. The Tenant knows the house has sold back in August/sep. made no efforts at all to move. I planned everything. All gone to pot now. Don’t get me started on surveys. I swear they make up half this shiz. “Do you have your cavity wall guarantee to hand? “ 🤣
