My man you can get a Tudor brand new for 3k or even better you can spend just a tad more and get a Rolex OP 277200 for like 6500$ OR outside of Rolex you can get an IWC from their trade in section which is like literally brand new basically starting at 4k.. and the quality and craftsmanship will be even higher than Rolex’s at 15k 20k. Rolex is an amazing brand. But far to overpriced and the market for them is toxic. I prefer to stay with high end Swiss watch brands that value heritage, craftsmanship, and the innovation of creating difficult and complex pieces over marketing and screwing the customer. Like IWC. And hey. All else fails. You can always do what I did for my first Swiss watch. Snag a used tag heuer formula 1 quartz. They are literally in the top 15 Swiss brands in the world and at $1200 new or 850 used can’t go wrong with tag. Plus they make a watch that is still better than even some at 5-8k in fact a Tag F1 is miles above a hublot.. just don’t even cave and get a hublot… 😂

I will admit rolex is more paying for the brand and I agree with the prices being crazy. But I own a few IWC’s and a few TAG’s and a Tudor black bay now as my mains. I won’t ramble but my advice is The best value for money in the Rolex name right now is Tudor. Brand new out the door almost any Tudor you want under 8k. Boom done. And it’s literally a Rolex. Just their sister company. Same movements, same quality. And IWC. My opinion, best watch brand in the world with automatic movements under 50k. IWC is… big boy status. Any model won’t matter. You’ve now skipped 3/4 of the board and went right to Big leagues. 👍🏻 but at the end of the day. You do you. Casio or IWC if it fits you. That’s all that matters.
