I enjoy your videos. I am 80 years old and have always loved watches. I have a drawer with several old "Pocket Ben" , one really old Omega, and a bunch of other cheap Seikos. I only had one really nice watch in my life, an Omega Seamaster I bought in Vietnam through the Army PX. I loved that watch and was able to buy it cheap, but sadly it was torn from my wrist in a hydroplane wreck in 1969. The found my boat, but Now I wish they had found my watch and left the boat. Sorry for rattling on, but I do enjoy seeing all the fantastic watches.

My dad got me into watches when I was 11, 12 (I’m 42 now). He was a serious collector at one point and I loved tagging along with him to go see his dealers. I don’t want to sound bougie, but the watch scene back in the 80s and early 90s felt so much classier… it was like a gentlemen’s game.

Office space with a lounge and a few watches in stock work best. A small number of "available pieces" and a great consultant to show you "available tomorrow" And a lounge, because it will be a more "relaxed" way of selling + it mimicks what you have in your office!

Like all the content. My only feedback is the same for all videos. The watch dial shots need to be upclose and held for longer. Most videos either have them at a distance, to the side or just a quick peak then back to the person talking. I would prefer to see the watch longer during the video shoots. The watch staging is the only opportunity I see. Keep the videos coming. Love to see the private collections of your customers as well.

What happened with the satellite location? In the DD, there are those bunch of small watch AD's on the ground level of the mall that sits between LV and Harry Winston, are they all owned or managed byt the same group? That might be a great place to captalize on walk-ins because you could offer additional variety and in many cases lower price point or greater availability through preowned than what the AD's can offer and the consumer when faced with several AD's at the same time competing with each other will have their brand loyalty apple cart destabilized, if not turned over. Brickell is also like a watch desert, there's that one Rolex AD in the mall that nobody is ever in, (the dealer, not the Mall- although the location is the mall is poor) a street level storefront should do great there if the rents don't kill it. Somewhere like like where that liquor store sits on the North end of South Beach would be great too, very expensive hotels and tourist areas all around, tons of traffic. You'd have to stay open late though.
